Before we build anything, we sit down with you and your teams. We ask what takes time, what's frustrating, what they would want to change. That's how we find out where AI makes a difference and where it doesn't.

We build for your day-to-day, not for the demo.
It's easy to make something that looks good in a meeting. The hard part is that it has to work when someone actually has to use it on a stressful Monday. We test against your real day-to-day from the start.

We work in your channels.
Slack or Teams, where you already are. Fast replies, several check-ins a week. Not status meetings and email. It should feel like having AI expertise in-house.

Who we are
Virtas grew out of recurring conversations with Swedish leadership teams who wanted to use AI but needed help deciding where to start.
We help choose a first project, build the solution and teach the team to use it.
We can continue developing and maintaining the solution, or help you take over the work yourselves.

Three things we have learned

AI doesn't solve problems on its own.
AI is a tool. It becomes useful only when someone knows what problem it should solve. That is why we always start by understanding your business before talking about what to build.

Small projects work better than big ones.
Most big AI projects end up too big to finish. We take one concrete problem at a time, see whether the solution actually makes a difference, and build out what works. What we don't see results from, we drop.
- 03.
AI is not meant to replace your people.
What we build is almost always about removing repetitive work — manual data entry, sorting, tasks that take time without needing a human. The time that frees up goes to the work that actually needs people.
