What we built
News monitoring
An agent finds relevant news and connects it to Alumni’s existing relationships. This helps employees spot reasons to get in touch.
Meeting documentation
An agent selects relevant meetings and structures the notes. The information is saved where employees need it.
Search past assignments
Employees can ask an AI assistant for relevant reference cases and experience from previous assignments.
Data quality
Agents identify missing information and remind employees what needs completing. We have also used AI to review and clean up historical material.
Finance administration
AI reads documents and collects records for the finance system. This replaces manual compilation between systems.
Assignments and capacity
An agent keeps the overview of assignments and capacity up to date, so the organisation can see who is working on what.
